We’re seeking a talented and driven Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations, inspire our culinary team, and deliver exceptional quality with every dish that leaves our kitchen. What You’ll Do As our Kitchen Manager , you will oversee the full culinary operation, ensuring smooth execution, high-quality food production, and compliance with food safety standards. You will: Manage day-to-day kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment Lead, train, and develop BOH staff including sous chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers Conduct weekly planning, including ordering, scheduling, and prep planning Ensure recipe adherence, food quality, and consistency of all dishes Maintain proper inventory processes, cost control, and waste tracking Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards Oversee administrative requirements including certifications, timecards, and reporting Work collaboratively with the General Manager, Corporate Chef, and Operations team What We’re Looking For A strong, hands-on leader with a passion for culinary excellence and team development. Success in this role means running an efficient, organized, and high-performing kitchen that consistently delivers great food and service. Minimum 5 years’ experience leading BOH teams in a full-service restaurant Minimum 5 years’ cooking experience in a full-service environment High School Diploma required; culinary degree or certification preferred ServSafe Manager or other nationally recognized food service certification Strong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and forecasting Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Culinary expertise Food safety and sanitation Operational and inventory management Regulatory compliance Technology: Microsoft Suite, R365, PowerBi, Vista Menu execution & culinary presentation Scheduling, planning, and prioritizing Coaching, training, and performance management Problem-solving in fast-paced environments Cost control and invoice management High attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) Bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs Work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment Free movie passes, popcorn, and soda Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave (for full-time roles) Varies by business needs Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Why You'll Love Working With Us You’ll be part of a dynamic culinary team that values creativity, quality, and teamwork.
