Staff RN - Emergency Department

Provides comprehensive nursing care across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team. Responsibilities include performing initial and ongoing health assessments (30%), planning and documenting nursing interventions to meet patient needs (30%), evaluating responses and adjusting care plans (20%), participating in process improvements (10%), and supporting operations (10%). Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s Degree, RN licensure, and BLS certification.
