This is an opportunity for attorneys who want to litigate, not spectate — you will handle real hearings, draft substantive motions, work directly with clients, and build a portfolio of meaningful litigation experience starting the day you join the team! Compensation Base Annual Salary : $110,000-$135,000 Monthly Bonus : $1,000 monthly incentive‑based bonus (most attorneys achieve the monthly standard while maintaining a regular work schedule) Annual Bonus : Unlimited potential depending on the Firm's performance and your contribution to success. In many cases, an Associate can earn a bonus over $20,000 at the end of their first year! Regular Raises : Each associate is periodically evaluated and transparently informed of the Firm's criteria and the Associate's eligibility for a raise. Monthly Retirement Plan Contribution : With no contribution requirement from the Associate, the Firm contributes $750 to the Associate's pension each month.
