Electro-Mechanical Technician - 2nd shift

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to serve as a technical expert and reliability leader within our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, equipment reliability, automation support, preventive maintenance, and mentoring maintenance team members.**Key Responsibilities**Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMPs, LOTO, Arc Flash, NFPA, and NEC requirements.**Required Qualifications**7-10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation systems.Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and machine controls.Knowledge of industrial networking (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, VLANs, managed switches).Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.Working knowledge of 480V three-phase electrical systems, motor controls, breakers, relays, and safety devices.Experience with root cause analysis, reliability initiatives, and preventive maintenance programs.Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work overtime as required.**Preferred Qualifications**Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).Proven problem-solving ability and results-driven mindset.Excellent teamwork, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.**Experience Required:** 7-10+ years Industrial Maintenance / Electro-Mechanical Experience**Schedule:** Must be flexible and available for overtime as needed.At Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people.
