Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission-based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

  • Work with pre-qualified buyers from consultation through closing

  • Conduct buyer consultations and property showings

  • Manage leads and follow-up using CRM and sales systems

  • Convert buyer opportunities into clients and closed transactions

  • Negotiate offers and contracts

  • Host open houses and engage prospective buyers

  • Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

  • Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia Real Estate License required
  • Full-time commitment to real estate sales
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Confident using CRM systems, technology, and digital sales tools
  • Coachable, motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional mindset
  • Committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
