Billing Coordinator

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Billing Coordinator will manage invoicing processes, collaborate with internal teams and clients to address billing inquiries, and contribute to process improvements in a rapidly-growing IT services environment. Key responsibilities Communicate across the organization to resolve billing-related questions and respond to client inquiries Clean and validate data for monthly billing reconciliation and complete invoice variance analysis Prepare and send invoices to clients while assisting in the migration of billing management systems Required qualifications Experience in IT billing or a related field Intermediate Excel skills Familiarity with Dynamics Business Central is a plus Ability to work 15 to 30 hours per week on a set schedule Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
