Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

SLP: $45–$48/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. We welcome experienced clinicians as well as Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates looking to begin their careers in a supportive skilled nursing environment with experienced mentorship.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
• Provide evidence-based therapy focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia management
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing experience is welcomed but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
