CFY: $35/hour with opportunities for salary increases after 9 months

Autumn Lake @ Patuxent River is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a supportive rehab team focused on helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a collaborative care environment.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Work closely with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapy techniques and recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor resident progress
