Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) – Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Cherry Lane | Laurel, MD
$45–$48/hour | Full-Time | CFY Opportunities Available | Benefits
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Cherry Lane. Clinical Fellowship (CFY) opportunities are available , making this an excellent option for both experienced SLPs and new graduates ready to begin their professional careers.
What You'll Do- Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals
- Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies that support continued progress
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with OT, PT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- $45–$48/hour
- Full-time position

- Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- Clinical Fellows and new graduates are encouraged to apply
