This role is perfect for animal lovers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service to pet owners. We are seeking somone who is friendly, professional, organized and is able to multi-task. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized front desk. Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism. Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Handle billing and payment transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed. Educate clients on services and products available at the clinic. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred. Strong communication skills and a passion for animal care. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Proficient in using computer systems and veterinary software. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards pets and their owners. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
