Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based tools to inform your diagnosis.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of your clients, creating a safe space for discussion and growth.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation within our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings to evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services to clients when needed, employing de-escalation techniques and support resources effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Washington is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
