ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Now in her eighth year as a successful State Farm agent, Kandiss brings a unique background to her role in risk management, with a bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and a decade of experience in the ER of a Level 1 Trauma Center. While she once witnessed the limitations of her team's ability to help patients, Kandiss now dedicates herself to helping customers proactively protect against the unexpected.


Our team of nine spans two locations, providing high-quality service and meaningful support. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kandiss Ecton - State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified and empathetic professional for the role of Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a customer-oriented expert, you will market the Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit customers and their families. Your experience equips you to continually grow your income as you provide the necessary support and reassurances.


As a strategic and emotionally intelligent resource to the community, we are excited to expand our successful agency with your skillset.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• State insurance license for life and health insurance.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
