Estate Planning Attorney

Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their team in Greenville, SC. The successful candidate will help establish and develop the estate planning practice while strengthening community relationships. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally within a supportive and collaborative environment. Duties Provide legal counsel on estate planning and wealth preservation. Draft and implement comprehensive estate planning documents. Manage client matters from intake through completion. Engage in business development and community outreach. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support client needs. Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar; North Carolina licensure is a plus. 3+ years of experience in estate planning and related matters. Ability to manage a client portfolio independently. Established professional network and business development experience. Active involvement in local communities is preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in South Carolina. Skills Strong client relationship management.
