Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $80,000 - $87,000 per year Job Details We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in the Long Beach, CA area. In this role, you'll design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, conduct a range of standardized assessments, and collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress. You'll need: Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related discipline At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism Hands-on experience with assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA Solid working knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies A bit about us: We're a well-established, mission-driven organization that has spent over two decades at the forefront of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
