Overview Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable clerk to join their team in California. Responsibilities Real Estate/Property and Yardi experience is highly preferred, though not mandatory. The role involves managing accounts payable processes efficiently to ensure smooth financial operations within the organization. Qualifications Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role. Familiarity with RE and Yardi systems is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry. Full-cycle accounts payable experience. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills to address any discrepancies or issues that may arise. Required Work Hours The Accounts Payable Clerk will be required to work Monday through Friday, following a standard first-shift schedule. Benefits The position offers a competitive hourly pay range, with a minimum pay of $26 and a maximum pay of $30.
