Your Role Responsibilities Awaiting You

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests across various departmentssuch as chemistry, hematology, and immunologyadhering to established guidelines.
• Interpret test results for precision, troubleshoot complications, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new employees or students, and help maintain high-quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while following all regulations and accreditation standards.

Education Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with completed ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certification Requirements

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Keep your certification current as long as you are employed here.
