Accounts Payable Manager

Overview A well-established company to find a sharp AP Manager who\'s ready to lead a team and make an impact. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the AP function inside and out and is looking for a role with real visibility into the finance org. Responsibilities Leading and developing a team of AP specialists Overseeing the full AP cycle — invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment execution Managing weekly and semi-monthly payment runs (check, ACH, wire) Owning month-end close activities including AP accruals and account reconciliations Handling vendor relationships and resolving escalated disputes Managing year-end 1099 preparation and filing Supporting internal controls and external audits Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation Qualifications 5+ years of AP experience with at least 2 plus years leading a team Strong understanding of internal controls and three-way matching Comfortable managing high invoice volumes in a fast-paced environment A communicator who can work cross-functionally with Procurement, Treasury, and Finance Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Competitive base salary based on experience Full benefits — medical, dental, vision #J-18808-Ljbffr Taylor White
