Morgan Auto Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our centralized AP team supporting multiple automotive dealerships throughout our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong accounting professional who enjoys building processes, developing employees, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Lead a centralized Accounts Payable team serving multiple dealership locations.
• Oversee invoice processing, payment administration, and vendor management.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor obligations.
• Drive process improvements through AP automation and workflow tools.
• Partner with Controllers and operational leaders to resolve issues and improve service levels.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and internal controls.
• Assist with month-end close and audit requirements.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Strong understanding of AP controls and best practices.
• Experience in multi-location operations.
• Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
• AP automation experience preferred.
