Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense (0-3 Years of Experience) Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 (based on experience) Hightower & Partners, an AV-rated insurance defense firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic team in Orlando, FL. This is a full-time, in-office position , and candidates must be licensed to practice in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, premises liability, auto claims, and general liability cases. Manage cases from inception to resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, and mediations. Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives. Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications 0-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation. Active Florida Bar license in good standing. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Experience with billable hours and law firm billing practices preferred. Ability to manage multiple cases independently and work efficiently under deadlines.
