The Science Team at Pride Health is hiring an HR Specialist II for a healthcare client in Flemington, NJ . This is a 12+ month contract role offering competitive pay. Location: Flemington, NJ 08822 Duration: 12+ Months Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour Position Summary The HR Specialist II provides HR support across employee relations, recruitment, HR programs, compliance, compensation, and employee services. This role partners with employees and managers to interpret policies, resolve HR matters, and support organizational initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employment practices. Support employee relations investigations and issue resolution. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and talent management activities. Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Support compensation processes, training programs, benefits administration, and HR projects. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Analyze HR data and recommend process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of HR experience. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office. SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
