Whether you're an experienced critical care professional or looking to expand your skills in an acute care setting, you'll find a supportive environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.A Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) who excels in this role:Under the supervision of an RN, performs basic patient care activities.Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and assist in developing patient-specific anesthesia care plans under supervisionAdminister and manage anesthesia (general, regional, local) under the direction of a CRNA or anesthesiologistMonitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during surgical proceduresAssist with airway management, including intubation and ventilation supportProvide post-anesthesia care, including patient monitoring, pain management, and documentationWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
