Job Description:
- Pay: $30/hr
- 11 ½-month assignment, with possibility of extension based on performance and budget.
- 100% Onsite
- This position will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data across recruitment, turnover, compensation, performance, and employee engagement using HR systems (UKG/Kronos preferred) and advanced Excel-based analysis.
- This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and presentations (PowerPoint) to deliver clear, actionable insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders, leveraging tools such as Power BI or Tableau when applicable.
- This position will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with employment laws and HR best practices while supporting workforce planning, forecasting, and predictive analytics initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a data-focused HR role
- HRIS and workforce data experience, including maintaining data accuracy and reporting within systems such as UKG/Kronos (preferred) or comparable HR platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data validation) and experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualizations tools
- Data querying and technical aptitude, including experience with SQL or other query languages, and exposure to predictive analytics or workforce modeling (preferred)
- HR domain knowledge and communication skills, including understanding of employment laws and HR best practices, with the ability to present insights clearly via PowerPoint
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
