Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Florham Park, NJ (71 Hanover Rd)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Friday WFH 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, no OT
Start Date: 9/28/2026
Duration: Temp-to-Hire (90 days)
Target Start: October preferred

Type: Hybrid

Must-Have Requirements

3+ years of Medical Assistant experience
Front and back office experience
Strong patient-facing/customer service skills
Comfortable interacting with patients and providers
Ability to float/move between offices as needed when physician is off

Preferred Qualifications

Phlebotomy experience
EKG experience
Reception/front desk experience
Outpatient clinical setting experience

Core Responsibilities

Assist physicians with patient examinations and treatments
Obtain and document patient history and chief complaints
Take and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, height, weight)
Prepare exam rooms and patients for visits
Clean and sterilize medical instruments
Perform front office and administrative duties as needed

Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
