Work Type: This position will be based onsite at our Delhi, IA facility. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship. Responsibilities Procurement & Cost Management Source and purchase supplies, tools, and materials at competitive prices while maintaining quality and reliability. Analyze pricing, negotiate terms, and identify cost‑saving opportunities. Maintain accurate Vendor Master data and ensure compliance with company standards. Meet with supplier representatives to review products, contracts, and performance. Oversee supplier returns and resolve vendor‑related issues. Order Management & Logistics Expedite overdue purchase orders and initiate order traces when needed. Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials. Respond promptly to internal department requests and provide purchasing guidance. Manage all purchasing forms, documentation, and workflow processes.
