About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to spearhead the financial strategy, planning, and operations across its franchise locations. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the financial health and compliance of the business, driving profitability, and supporting growth initiatives. Key responsibilities for the VP of Finance include developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's goals, leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The role also involves partnering with operations to enhance unit-level performance and cost efficiency, evaluating franchise financial performance, and managing relationships with external auditors, banks, and investors. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA being preferred. A minimum of 5 years' progressive financial leadership experience, particularly in the restaurant or franchise industry, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multi-unit operations and franchise models, a proven track record in strategic financial planning, and team leadership.
