This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth by expanding its full truckload (FTL) and 3PL services. You will be instrumental in securing and managing large-scale transportation contracts, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the full truckload (FTL) and 3PL sectors, emphasizing asset-based services. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive sales growth and enhance market presence. Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet client needs. Strategically target and pursue high-value accounts to achieve sales objectives and increase profitability. Qualifications: Demonstrated success in sales within the transportation and logistics industry, with a strong focus on full truckload (FTL) and 3PL services. Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating large-scale transportation contracts. Deep understanding of asset-based logistics operations and the ability to deliver value through innovative solutions. Bonus points for experience in refrigerated (reefer) freight or specialized transportation services. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
