Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Service air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units, air handlers, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Accurately diagnose equipment issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Complete work orders electronically using a mobile device.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
• Follow all company safety procedures and local building codes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team attitude.
