The Opportunity As a Leasing Manager, you will lead the leasing team and drive theproperty’s leasing performance, customer experience, and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated, sales-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced multifamily environment and is ready to coach, develop, and inspire their team. Compensation : $25.00 to $28.00/hour, based on experience, plus potential to earn commission and renewal bonuses! WhatYou’llOwn Leasing & Sales Performance Oversee all leasing activities, ensuring timely follow-up, strong closing performance, and excellent customer service. Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents as needed. Ensure daily unit availability, pricing, and marketing updates areaccurate. Oversee rental application processing and ensure compliance with Trinity standards. Marketing & Community Engagement Develop, implement, and monitor marketing plans to maintain strong occupancy. Direct on-site and off-site marketing efforts, outreach, and social media presence. Organize and promote resident andprospectevents to build community engagement. Assistwith market surveys and adjust strategies as needed. Operational Excellence & Resident Experience Create a positive, service-driven experience for current and future residents. Address and resolve resident concerns, escalating when needed. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and support all turnover processes. Ensure apartment homes consistently meet Trinity’s move-in-ready standards. Process and track maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate resident files, documentation, records, and reporting. Partner with the property management team on collections, renewals, and retention initiatives. Team Leadership & Development Train, coach, and motivate the leasing team to achieve occupancy and sales goals. Lead by example, setting the standard for customer service, professionalism, and leasing success. Support team development through ongoing feedback, performance coaching, andbest practicetraining. What You Bring Sales, Marketing & Performance Results: Applies strong salesexpertiseand excellent closing skillstodriveleasing performance and execution of marketing strategies, including social media outreach. Customer Focus: Lead with a customer-first mindset andsetsthe standard for service excellence across the leasing team. Leadership & Management: Ability to lead a leasing team through coaching, accountability, and positive motivation.Strong decision-making skills and the ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Demonstratestrong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively coaching Leasing Consultants and engaging with residents, prospects, and internal partners. Organization& Efficiency: Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, andoperateefficiently in a fast-paced environment. Problem Solving: Demonstratesound judgment and the ability to proactivelyidentifyissues, think critically, and remain calm while resolving challenges in high-pressure situations. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Leasing Consultant in the multifamily industry.Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory, leasing leadership, marketing, or related role. Education: High school diploma or equivalentrequired.Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.Additionaleducation or certificationsarea plus. Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media. Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI, andCeleriis a bonus. Requirements Availability & Travel This position may require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, as well as occasional travel for company events or meetings. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected. Physical Demands This role requires regular sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers and telephones is expected. Must be able tolift upto 25 pounds independently and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to auditory and visual alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
