The RIKUTEC Group produces with specially designed blow molding machines and is headquartered in Germany. RIKUTEC America is providing customers in the U.S. with industrial high purity packaging solutions, including drums and IBCs, primarily for the chemical sector.

We are seeking a skilled warehouse and facility manager. The primary focus of this position is to manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of our warehouse, ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.

Responsibilities: -> Maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations

-> Coordinating all incoming and outgoing shipments, including the unloading of shipping containers, as well as organizing and maintaining supplies

-> Managing physical inventory and communicating inventory levels to staff and sales force

-> Making shipping arrangements with freight forwarders

-> Ensuring the cleaning, upkeep, and safety standards of the building

-> Maintaining grounds and ensuring any deficiencies are discovered and corrected

-> Routinely assessing the current condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, and other essential facilities and equipment

-> Performing routine building and grounds maintenance

-> Coordinating with outside contractors

-> Other duties as assigned

Requirements: -> High School Diploma or Equivalent

-> 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area

-> Mechanical aptitude

-> Hands-on attitude

-> Basic computer skills

-> Forklift truck license beneficial

-> Good communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills

-> Must be physically fit to perform routine warehousing, maintenance, and ground keeping functions, including the lifting of, and/or moving of large objects or parcels
