ROLE DESCRIPTION: Beau Dailey - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable engaging in conversations.
  • Basic computer skills.
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
