How you'll make an impact: Support the team's daily workflow so client needs can be handled without delays. Use the right tools, follow process steps, and handle routine service work with care. Help production and client service teammates by preparing accurate documents and keeping work organized. Your work will help clients get clear, timely support. About you: Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships. Behaviors: Ability to support clients and teammates by phone, email, and in writing. Ability to keep records, documents, and data accurate. Ability to follow process steps and deadlines. Ability to create certificates, forms, messages, and reports in business systems. Ability to manage more than one task at a time. Ability to work well with others and ask questions when you need support. Exceptional organizational skills Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation and benefits: We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
