About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to serve as its chief executive officer and provide visionary, mission-driven leadership. This role involves working collaboratively with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, trustees, and community partners, to oversee financial stewardship, resource development, academic programs, enrollment management, and campus operations. The President will also be the principal ambassador, cultivating partnerships, and ensuring responsible governance in alignment with state law and Board priorities. Applicants for the President position at the company should be accomplished, energetic leaders with a strong background in executive leadership, preferably in higher education, business, the military, or state/federal government. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience, and a proven track record in areas such as state education policy, budgetary processes, and institutional leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide strategic, transparent, and ethical fiscal stewardship, champion academic excellence, and student success, and lead long-range planning for capital assets and technology. Competence in crisis management, safety planning, and institutional resilience is also essential.
