Accounting Manager

Small, bustling law firm in Princeton seeks a PART-TIME Accounting/Administrative Manager for a diverse range of tasks, including: Accounts Payable (i.e., processing check requisitions and paying vendors) Payroll processing 401(k) and HSA administration Attorney Trust Account Management Oversight of office purchases and budgets, and reporting of same to shareholders General Accounting using QuickBooks, including account reconciliation, financial reporting and communications with CPAs Various small administrative tasks The ideal candidate will be looking for PART-TIME employment position requiring a time commitment of approximately twenty-five (25) hours per week. This is a hybrid position - mainly in-person with some remote. #J-18808-Ljbffr
