As we continue to grow across North America, we’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to create opportunities, build relationships, and fuel our sales pipeline. If you love outbound sales, thrive on cold calling, and get excited about opening doors with new prospects, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do Make 500+ outbound cold calls per week to decision-makers. Turn cold leads into qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Execute outbound strategies alongside your assigned AE. Master the creative 20-second opener to capture attention and start meaningful conversations. Conduct discovery to uncover business needs and pain points. Prospect daily through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels. Track activity and pipeline in HubSpot while consistently exceeding outreach goals. We’re Looking For Experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, or BDR roles. Confidence making high-volume outbound calls. A proven ability to turn cold leads into qualified meetings. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset. The ability to partner strategically with an Account Executive. Excellent organization and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications Training industry knowledge. Experience with Orum. Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a plus. Why Join Edflex?
