Procurement Buyer II

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain by managing purchasing processes, negotiating with suppliers, and contributing to cost savings and quality improvements that support Honeywell’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process including supplier selection, purchase order creation, and contract management to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements. Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations while maintaining accurate procurement records. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and support sourcing strategies. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles. Strong knowledge of procurement processes including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. Proficiency in procurement software and tools to manage purchasing activities efficiently. Ability to analyze supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. Familiarity with compliance requirements and internal procurement policies. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic procurement environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support sourcing decisions. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to evolving procurement technologies and practices. Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $83,200 - $103,000. This salary information serves as a general guideline.
