We have two locations in Waikiki and one at The Kahala Hotel.
We're looking for an experienced Pasta Cook with a passion for authentic Italian cuisine. If you love crafting memorable dishes and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook a variety of pasta dishes using traditional techniques
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu innovation and refinement
- Maintain top standards for flavor, quality, and presentation
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and efficient
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a pasta cook in a high-volume kitchen
- Solid knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and preparation techniques
- Ability to thrive under pressure while staying organized
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
