Data Integration Analyst

Managing technology implementation efforts remotely, the full-time Customer Integration Analyst will act as a liaison between internal teams, external technology partners, and clients to ensure smooth integration of insurance products while overseeing the entire coordination process from feasibility verification to delivery of implementation packages. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary technology contact and coordinator for implementation projects, ensuring timely communication and support Review and manage project documentation and reporting in Salesforce, maintaining accuracy and compliance with deadlines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address enrollment strategy issues and improve customer experience through process enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Proven experience in technology implementation and project management Strong familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft applications Ability to adapt to daily changes and manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders
