Mission Yogurt is seeking a FOH Supervisor to join our team at ChoLon located inside the Denver Airport. What We Are Looking For Candidates with at least 1 year of Supervisor experience in a quick service restaurant Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction Responds efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer feedback Upholds ideals, values, and practices that are the foundation of Mission Yogurt: Loyalty, Innovation, Service, Communication, and Flexibility Ensures all operating and quality standards are met Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines. Job Specific Duties Participate in coaching, counseling, training & development of staff and managers Set and monitor quality and service standards for staff Fluent in health department inspections Communicate company policy, standards, and procedures to staff Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages and food to meet set standards Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of the area Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations Ensure adherence to cash management procedures Ensure adherence to stock control procedures; monitor and order supplies Check all deliveries, ensure product is correct, rotated and stored properly Physical Demands Position requires the ability to stand up to 12 hours; Climbing, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling; Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 20 lbs and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
