Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via video chat, using a robust online platform tailored for mental health practitioners. \n Guide clients through discussions of their emotions and life experiences, focusing on building a trusting and therapeutic relationship. \n Assist clients in establishing and achieving their personal therapeutic goals through individualized treatment plans. \n Monitor client progress, adapting strategies and interventions as needed to ensure effective recovery. \n Provide education on healthy coping mechanisms to help clients manage stress and enhance their emotional resilience. \n Identify potential barriers to recovery and work collaboratively with clients to address these challenges proactively. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As part of our diverse team, you will serve a variety of clients ranging from young adults to seniors, all of whom are screened for suitability and stability prior to joining our service. Our clientele consists of individuals who present with low acuity symptoms, making them great candidates for teletherapy. This ensures a more manageable caseload and the ability to focus on meaningful therapeutic work.
