As a mental health counselor in a telehealth setting, you will engage with clients through virtual platforms, fostering therapeutic relationships that promote healing and growth. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth using evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n Perform thorough client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices and client goals. \n Document client progress regularly and maintain accurate and timely records in our electronic health record system to facilitate continuity of care. \n Collaborate with other mental health professionals, social workers, and community resources to ensure holistic support for each client presented. \n Engage in continuous education through training opportunities and professional development workshops to stay current with advancements in mental health counseling. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse population, providing mental health support tailored to various age groups and cultural backgrounds. Our caseload includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflicts, and more. Your expertise will help empower clients to overcome challenges and enhance their overall mental wellness. Qualifications\n \n A minimum of a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field. \n Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent. \n Demonstrated experience working effectively with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health issues. \n Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to connect with clients empathically. \n The ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team setting. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with relevant technology platforms for remote service delivery. \n Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods and practices tailored to individual and group therapy settings. \n Previous work in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and client resources. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary range for this position is USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
