We seek a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team and execute hands-on marketing initiatives that drive traffic, enhance resident experiences, and support leasing efforts across our portfolio. Job Summary:The Marketing Coordinator will provide critical support to the Marketing Manager with administrative tasks. This role focuses on creating and implementing content, managing promotional activities, conducting marketing audits, and generating traffic to boost sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented doer with strong project management and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with property teams and regional managers, ensuring that marketing campaigns run smoothly and meet the company's goals. Key Responsibilities: Support for Marketing Manager:1.\tContent Creation & Video Production:•\tCreate engaging digital content, including social media posts, community videos, and promotional materials to enhance property branding.•\tAssist in coordinating photo and video shoots for resident events, property tours, and marketing campaigns.2.\tEvent Coordination & Resident Engagement:•\tPlan and execute onsite resident retention events to drive community participation and improve retention.•\tCollaborate with property teams on creative resident appreciation initiatives and promotional activities.3.\tMarketing Audits & Property Branding:•\tConduct regular marketing audits at properties to ensure website functionality and branding consistency across signage, collateral, and digital platforms.•\tProvide actionable feedback to property teams to improve leasing materials and enhance the resident experience.4.\tLead Generation & Campaign Coordination:•\tImplement promotional activities such as social media ads, digital campaigns, and local partnerships to generate traffic and increase lead generation.•\tAssist the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns and ensuring materials align with overall strategy.5.\tMarket Research & Reporting:•\tCollect and organize market research data, track competitor strategies, and provide insights to the Marketing Manager.•\tAssist in preparing sales performance and campaign results reports for regular updates to leadership. 6.\tAdministrative Support:•\tPrepare reports, presentations, and other documents for marketing strategy sessions and leadership meetings.•\tHandle vendor relations by tracking contracts, managing timelines, and ensuring service delivery.7.\tInternal Communication & Process Improvement:•\tDevelop templates and standardized processes for marketing reports and audits to streamline communication and reporting.•\tAct as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of new initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications:•\tCreative Design: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva for content creation.•\tContent Creation: Experience in creating engaging social media posts, promotional materials, and digital content.•\tVideo Production: Basic knowledge of video editing and coordination for property tours and community events.•\tProject Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.•\tCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging for various platforms.•\tTech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, property listing websites, and marketing tools like Sprout Social and CRM platforms.•\tOrganizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage tasks, schedules, and reporting.•\tTeam Collaboration: Ability to work independently and within a team, supporting both the Marketing Manager.Education & Experience:•\tBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.•\t2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.Benefits:•\tCompetitive salary and bonus structure.•\tComprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.•\t401(k) plan with company match.•\tGenerous paid time off and company holidays.•\tOpportunities for professional growth and development. $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Annually
