Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help improve processes, maintain product quality, and support business objectives while following safety and quality standards. Job Description Generate and evaluate lab-scale samples for technical, research, and manufacturing support programs. Perform laboratory testing to support product development and customer technical programs. Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain laboratory and production equipment. Support machine scale-up activities and process improvements. Maintain accurate laboratory records, logs, notebooks, and electronic documentation. Conduct internet and technical information searches to support problem-solving. Follow EHS, SOPs, and Responsible Care guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with manufacturing, research, and other cross-functional teams. Interface with customers when needed to support technical activities. Deliver timely and accurate results to support product quality and business objectives. Skills Required Strong laboratory testing and analytical skills. Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance experience. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Additional Requirements Must pass a drug screening and background check. Shift Start: 07:00 AM Ability to work safely in a laboratory environment. Must follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations. Capable of supporting production, research, and customer-focused projects. Ability to work with multiple supervisors and adapt to changing priorities. Pay Rate/Salary Estimated Salary: $21.63 to $29.63 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
