Packaging Sales Representative – Atlanta
One of the industry's most respected manufacturer/distributors of customized packaging solutions is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Atlanta-based Sales Representative with a proven track record of cultivating new opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships.
Those with strong sales acumen from related industries are highly encouraged to apply. Our client offers innovative, proprietary solutions across a range of packaging and automation applications, supporting a diverse customer base. They are widely recognized for their outstanding culture—employees tend to stay and grow with the organization long-term.
This is a privately held company with a family-oriented environment. The position offers strong compensation, including uncapped commission potential and access to an existing book of business. This is a unique opportunity to continue building and owning a territory in a region you can truly call your own.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across multiple industries
- Present and position a range of packaging and automation solutions tailored to customer needs
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory with a focus on consistent performance
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven, measurable success with at least 5 years of sales experience in a related field
- Strong local market knowledge and established business relationships preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales territory
- Process-driven sales approach with the ability to articulate your methodology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Strong desire to earn above-average income in a performance-driven environment
