???? Site Coverage: Two manufacturing facilities (approximately 45 minutes apart)

Compensation & Benefits

???? Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 Annually
???? Relocation Assistance: Available for Qualified Candidates (Case-by-Case Basis)
???? Annual Bonus: Performance-Based Bonus Paid Annually (Typically February/March) Based on Company and Individual Performance
???? Equipment Provided: Company Laptop & Cell Phone

⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Approximately 40 Hours Per Week
???? Additional Schedule Details: Occasional interaction with 2nd shift operations, typically once per month. Minimal overnight travel required for training, conferences, and periodic cross-training at the Texas facility.

Provide safety leadership for two manufacturing facilities producing retail store fixtures, shelving systems, and related fabricated products located in Goodwater and Eclectic, AL.

The Safety Manager will oversee all safety programs, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing site safety teams across both facilities.

Required Qualifications

✔ Minimum 5 Years of Safety Leadership and Management Experience
✔ Strong Experience Leading Incident Investigations
✔ Extensive Knowledge of OSHA 1910 General Industry Standards
✔ Experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Programs
✔ Experience with Machine Guarding Requirements
✔ Experience Managing PPE Programs
✔ Strong Leadership, Communication, and Coaching Skills
✔ Ability to Support Multiple Manufacturing Facilities

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Automotive Manufacturing Experience
⭐ Safety Degree (Occupational Safety, EHS, Industrial Hygiene, or Related Field)
⭐ CHST, ASP, CSP, OHST, or Other BCSP Credential
⭐ Experience Developing and Revising Safety Programs and Policies
⭐ Multi-Site Manufacturing Safety Management Experience
⭐ Experience Leading Cultural Safety Improvement Initiatives

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide overall safety leadership for two manufacturing facilities
• Lead all incident investigations and corrective action processes
• Manage and develop a team of 6 direct reports, including 2 Safety Supervisors and 4 Safety Technicians
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1910 standards and company safety requirements
• Review, develop, and improve safety programs, procedures, and policies
• Conduct site inspections, audits, observations, and risk assessments
• Track and manage safety reporting through both paper-based and digital systems
• Lead safety meetings, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs
• Partner with operations leadership to improve safety performance and reduce risk
• Monitor and improve LOTO, machine guarding, PPE, and regulatory compliance programs
• Analyze injury trends and develop proactive risk reduction strategies
• Promote a strong safety culture across both facilities
