Compensation & Benefits

???? Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 Annually
???? Annual Bonus: Performance-Based Bonus Paid Annually (Typically February/March), based on Company and Individual Performance
???? Equipment Provided: Company Laptop & Cell Phone
???? Benefits: Full Benefits Package Including 401(k) with Company Match up to 4%
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Approximately 40 Hours Per Week
???? Additional Schedule Details: Occasional interaction with 2nd shift operations, typically once per month. Minimal overnight travel required for training, conferences, and periodic cross-training at the Texas facility.

The Safety Supervisor will provide day-to-day safety leadership for the facility, oversee safety technicians, lead incident investigations, manage compliance initiatives, and support continuous safety improvement efforts throughout operations.

Required Qualifications

✔ Minimum 3 Years of Safety Leadership and Management Experience
✔ Strong Experience Leading Incident Investigations
✔ Extensive Knowledge of OSHA 1910 General Industry Standards
✔ Experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Programs
✔ Experience with Machine Guarding Requirements
✔ Experience Managing PPE Programs
✔ Strong Leadership, Communication, and Employee Coaching Skills

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Automotive Manufacturing Experience
⭐ Safety Degree (Occupational Safety, EHS, Industrial Hygiene, or Related Field)
⭐ CHST, ASP, CSP, OHST, or Other BCSP Credential
⭐ Experience Developing and Revising Safety Programs and Policies
⭐ Manufacturing Safety Leadership Experience
⭐ Experience Leading Cultural Safety Improvement Initiatives

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide daily safety supervision and leadership across facility operations
• Manage safety reporting processes utilizing both paper and digital systems
• Supervise two Safety Technicians, supporting both day and night shift operations
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Conduct routine site audits, inspections, observations, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1910 standards and company safety requirements
• Monitor and improve LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE programs
• Assist with safety training, employee coaching, and safety awareness initiatives
• Partner with production and facility leadership on safety performance improvements
• Maintain required safety documentation, records, and compliance reporting
• Analyze injury and incident trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the facility
