Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing mid‑sized agency. Responsibilities Quote and market new and renewal business for personal lines accounts. Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients. Collaborate closely with producers to ensure seamless client service and account management. Maintain and update client information in the EPIC software system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends and carrier offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including quoting, marketing, and carrier negotiations. Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems. Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Work Ethic : Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
