Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for operating both manual and automated machines to aid in the production of engine heads. You will load parts into the machines, follow work instructions, gather necessary materials and tools, run parts, and use micrometers and other measurement tools to ensure parts meet specifications.

• Operate manual and automated machines for engine head production.
• Load parts into machines and follow detailed work instructions.
• Collect necessary materials and tools for production tasks.
• Run parts and ensure they meet specifications using measurement tools like micrometers.
• Conduct inspections of parts to maintain quality standards.

• Experience with micrometers and machine operation.
• Ability to inspect parts and ensure they meet specifications.
• Proficiency in reading micrometers and performing inspections.
• Experience with machine operating and production processes.

• Basic computer skills, including typing and sending emails.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Comfort with hand and power tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: 6+ months of production experience.
• Preferred: 6+ months of hand/power tool usage.
• Preferred: 6+ months of computer usage in a manufacturing environment.

The work environment is lively and can be loud, with oil and grease due to engine work. Though you may get dirty, the shop is relatively clean. You will work Monday through Thursday from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm and Fridays from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. You will have the opportunity to train in various areas and find the best role that suits you.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baldwin, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Baldwin,WI.
