CSR- In office Sales Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers Answers any questions regarding customers’ policy Accepts payments and processes transactions Identifies potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations Participates in marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis Maintains a neat and clean work area and office Conducts FNOL vehicle inspections Takes vehicle pictures (requiring squatting, bending, and flexing) Performs bank run deposits Position is full time Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements Computer literate, desired from basic to intermediate skills Bilingual in English/Spanish (required) Excellent communication skills, assertive, and able to provide a first‑rate customer experience Must pass state licensing requirements Flexible schedule Reliable transportation Education, Training, and Experience High School Diploma Previous customer service experience is helpful #J-18808-Ljbffr Fred Loya Insurance Agency
