Overview Salary Range $25.35 - $25.35 Hourly Position: Front Office Supervisor ("Supervisor de Oficina") Full Time | Evening Shift Description Location: Bahia Resort Hotel, Mission Bay, San Diego, CA. Summary: The Front Office Supervisor welcomes guests, handles arrivals and departures, coaches associates, and ensures high‑quality service and operational efficiency. Benefits & Perks Compensation: $25.35 hourly Referral bonus – $1,000 for Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping and $350 for other roles at Evans Hotels properties Discounted hotel rooms for you, family and friends Free employee parking or discounted MTS Pronto card Free meals and refreshments during shifts Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, sick and vacation time Discounts on cell phone bills, shoe stores, gym memberships, and more Essential Duties Project a professional appearance and demeanor to guests Coordinate desk activities to meet or exceed service standards Coach and develop associates with an approachable demeanor Enhance repeat guest visits by meeting their needs promptly Promote hotel amenities and facilities to contribute to financial growth Ensure guest needs are met by communicating closely with other departments Provide excellent customer service and use upselling techniques during reservations Provide assistive devices to guests with disabilities professionally Answer department telephone with friendly voice and proper etiquette Input guest data accurately into the hotel computer system Maintain house bank and adhere to cash handling procedures Process guest billing using cash, checks, credit cards, and special billing Maintain a safe and secure environment by following safety and emergency procedures Perform additional duties as directed by leadership Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training Experience running shifts, scheduling, performance management, problem solving, guest servicing, and daily operations Experience dealing with the public; preferred experience in retail cashier, food service, or guest service roles Availability to work weekends and holidays Professional appearance and friendly, team‑oriented attitude at all times Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lbs Position will be filled in accordance with California Labor Code Section 2810.8 and San Diego Municipal Code 311.0101 et seq.
