Senior Tax Accountant

*Note - we are currently not working with executive recruiters at this time. * Purk & Associates, PC, a fast growing, entrepreneurial St. Louis-based CPA firm, is searching for an experienced CPA to add to their tax department. This position requires public accounting experience, working with Entrepreneurs in the areas of a Tax Compliance, Reporting, Planning, Research and Accounting. The ideal candidate would prepare and review corporate and individual returns. The firm’s software included CCH Axcess, Microsoft Office Suite preferred. The ideal candidate will possess: A high motivation for working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment CPA with 2-3 years of tax accounting and reporting experience Solid understanding of federal, state and local tax reporting within the Internal Revenue Code for all types of Corporate entities and individual returns. Knowledge of CCH Axcess software and research or similar electronic automated systems Purk & Associates, PC is a great firm with employees who actually like coming to work!
